"reception facilities" sounds ominously euphemistic, let's hope someone from all those ministeries can convince the others to make everything a little less world war 2-like for these 30.

Take them NOW; they'd be better off waiting until said fiscal year in a Japanese reception facility than where they are now. It sounds like the government is waiting for a few of them to be killed/die off before they have to accept more refugees than they've accepted in the past 10 years combined.

2011??? WoW!!!! Thank you japan for its kindness. Japanese society will shrink further so they need at least those 30 (in 2011 maybe less) for 3K jobs.
