    can anybody explain me why all the trash bins on Yurikamome in Odaiba were sealed, and a note was posted: "because of the Hokkaido summit"? it's freakin thousands of km away

    boy I bet this is going to be a major headache for all the 747s that wud normally be using that air space, probably have to cancel hundreds of flts!!

    Are they going to extend it to wasps, bees, mosquitos, butterflies, moths etc? How are they going to enforce it? A fleet of swallows during the days and bats at night?
