    It is scheduled for Tuesday afternoon or early evening after being moved up from Wednesday due to weather concerns.

    You would think they would WANT to test the system in bad weather, as anyone who is going to launch a missile attack will probably not be waiting for a "sunny day". I could be wrong.

    It is a defensive only system, used to defend Japan against any and all foes.
