Before anyone goes off half-cocked about this being global warming or man made, go and look at the records that state that is places such as the western side of South America from Peru to Ecuador dealt with these 'El Nino' effects as far back as a couple of hundred years ago and longer and are documented so for the love of all peace on this planet, please do your research before you jump on the bandwagon of fools controlled by the media and the Al Gores of the world profiting from your ignorance.

A quote from the next link.

"El Niño were observed as early as the 1600s. More systematic study began at the end of the 19th century, when Peruvian geographers noted unusual oceanic and climatic phenomena occurring periodically along the Peru coast."
