Jetstar is great for what you pay... But they reflect the woes of qantas. Proper servicing please! I have had nothing but good service on Jetstar and I have flown them quite a bit. They did once change the flight time and leave my family stranded in Melbourne and their website BLOWS but the inflight service has always been courteous and helpful. Jetstar Japan will finally smash the monopoly on domestic flights in Japan. I hope I can get cheap deals to Okinawa.

The picture is definently not a jetstar aircraft or carrier, as for jetstar i think they are a great airline for what you pay i have flown them on numerous occasions.....

paid Yen 6500 one way, Hong Kong to Singapore, inflight service ok, paid for duplicated flight, refunded successfully.
