JR East to offer bullet train with footbath

I once had foot massage (legit) by attractive young lady in Tokyo. Now that's something I'd like to see offered.

It should be noted this special train will NOT run on the Tohoku Shinkansen main line--only on the slower Yamagata Shinkansen line with a top speed limited to 130 km/h (81 mph). In short, it is probably one of the most expensive Joyful Train conversions ever done.

However, if this train is successful, don't be surprised we see a similar train run between Morioka and Akita on the Akita Shinkansen line.

Times must be tough to go down this road, I can imagine what will be next.

I've never cared for public foot baths unless they feature constant running water. I hope they change the water frequently!
