Landslide death toll hits 70 one week on; 18 still missing

The people that are dead or missing I will pray for there souls. May God have mercy on them and their families. Please lord let the rain and landslides cease.

Hmmm, I have to wonder,where these people aware they were living in an area prone to severe landslides? Did civil engineers survey the the areas these houses were built to confirm the stability of the surrounding land? Are these same civil engineers liable for the deaths of these people?

this crap is depressing, everyday the number of dead increases, everyday the chances of survivors diminishes.
