30 Vampires, fangs all out, hahaha. Using my imagination, I can literally see the sun setting behind TEPCO Fukushima's Nuclear Facility with it's President and Executives hiding inside wondering if they'll survive all these lawyers and their claims.

I can't wait to see those deep bows of Gomenasai. Now the illusion of such displays is that they are apologizing for what they did. No, that wouldn't be correct. They are bowing cause they aren't planning to pay and they know it sucks for the plaintiffs.

Next year should will be replete with legal entertainment. Expect TEPCO and Olympus to give us the best song and dance yet. Then the finale will be the finger pointing.

I thought people didn't need lawyers in Japan as the Japanese society is based on consensus-guess I was wrong then.................

There are times when a lawyer is need. I have used them twice in 17 years. There are civil cases need ing them and also criminal case. But there are not many lawyers in Japan compared with other countries.

The biggest problem is the length of time it takes like often more than 10 years.

Japan like any modern country with laws has lawyers, and these lawyers need to go after Tepco say like a pitbull going after a nice juicy t bone steak!

The first letter of business of all Japanese lawyers is to send the opposing party a really strong letter stating disappointment... i.e. it is a very slow process.

Soon the LDP will join the law suit struggle against the DPJ over the compensations! The Fukushima incident was a good ammunitions to topple Noda and back to stage for them!
