    Yes, just when I was eating my soup...my bowl was shaking in all directions. Just like when they serve you coffee during turbulences on the plane.

    my2sense, you may have felt another earthquake in Tokyo, around a quarter past 4pm, but most likely not the one at 5:43. Or it was indeed the toilet.

    8th floor of the hotel here in Obihiro we had a nice little rumble. Nice and gentle, but unmistakenly an earthquake.
