Man arrested for throwing smoke canister into Russian Embassy

TOKYO —

A man was arrested for allegedly throwing an activated smoke canister into the premises of the Russian Embassy in Tokyo’s Minato Ward early Thursday morning, the police said.

The man, identified as a 32-year-old self-styled rightist group member, was drunk and walked up to the embassy after getting off a taxi nearby before he committed the act at around 5 a.m., according to the Metropolitan Police Department’s Public Security Bureau.

1) Goto the local smoke canister surplus store(?) and buy a smoke canister 2) Drink with rightist buddies well listening to old ww2 war music. 3) Catch a cab to the alley behind the Russian Embassy, ask cab to wait. 4) Activate smoke canister 5) Throw the smoke canister into the Embassy 6) Urinate in must publicly visable area and pass out before making it back to cab. 7) Get arrested and call myself a self-styled rightest group member. 8) Read about myself on JT
