For some reason I didn't feel this at all. I was in a taxi around that time and the driver was winding through all the back streets so that probably explains it...
being in Kalifornia a 4.5 quake is NOTHING..why even repor it?
report it when it hits 6.0 or above. As the post above pointed out he didn't even feel the 4.5 quake.

First of all, the Tama region is the west, not in the east of Tokyo.
A 4.5 quake is not worth to report about, because it's nothing in California, OgieDoggie? So, you set the standards her on JT now, right?
