    Who pays the buffoons to come up with this? 'Within 30 years'? Even I could predict something has a possibility of happening within 30 years - and given Japan's history of quakes, this is really a no brainer.

    Let me go out on a limb here, I predict within 30 years that a temblor at least 6 to 7 on the Japanese scale has a 85.8726678465% chance of hitting Tokyo
