Scientific study for what? how much will it cost? getting live panda(s) from China will cost you nothing. Oh yeah, how about making Panda Robot, though bit expensive.

Find a more natural way of breeding? Er Sex with...another Panda of the oposite sex? What's a "better natural-breeding method" than that?

The remaining 8 pandas in Japan cost the country 40 million US per year - at last count China pandered out the pandas for 5 million a year each. Hey did anyone see the S.Korean dog that gets panda shade painted around his eyes every morning? Real cute and funny. Looks like the real deal only he barks and runs like the dickens!
