    The pilot must have been a complete idiot to have allowed the passenger to control the heli.

    Choppers are not that easy to fly. It's one thing to let a novice have the stick of an airplane for 30 seconds because they are more stable. Helicopters require constant correction. Bad move, if that is what happened.
