Geez... just a 'possibility' of misjudgement, eh?
Well, they only have to wait until this evenings news to hear of more equally pointless and preventable deaths, no doubt, as many areas in Kansai were completely flooded this afternoon after a 'light rain' forecast became a MASSIVE thunderstorm that had me walking up to my knees in water when I stepped off the sidewalk.

Sad, but one would think the blokes at the site would notice the danger and get topside instead of hoping the white collars at HQ have a peek out the window and remember the lads in the sewer system before going back to their cups o' java. Surely there must be something in the regulations about rain? Sad, but they should have saved themselves I'd say. All they would have lost for going home on their own would have been a day's wages. I hope the wives an sprogs find the pensions worth it.
