I'd love to send Wagatsuma a shipment of petfood to help cover for the pets he's taking in. I wonder if MasterFoods (Purina) and such major petfood makers are donatig such produce?

Dogwood is a dog hotel / running field / grooming centre, and now refuge for stranded animals. And they can get deliveries by Kuroneko Yamato, etc. blog.goo.ne.jp / welcome-dogwood/
