Hope his/her conjunctivitis is better now.

(One of my students was recently given a compulsory leave of absence until he got it fixed, so that stuff must be infectious.)

The name is going to be something cute, right, like "Edowa-do Shiza-maus"

To all of the above, forget it. They are most likely to name this penguin like they did with the seals they spotted in the rivers. Edo-chan or something.

How about 'unlucky' , as he got caught.

Or Monty as the sea around Japan may cause him to mutate into a twenty foot electric penguin with stinging tentacles !

    How about....."Kawaiiso''

    Steve McQueen

    You're thinking of Papillion, right?

Steve was good in it, as always and so was Dustin Hoffman in those coke bottle glasses. Good movie about an escape off a prison island. Relevant. Good catch :)

Probably end up being called Pengi-chan.

Steve McQueen was a good choice (for "The Great Escape"), but it's unlikely they'll go with a first and last name, and "Steve" would be too obscure. So I guess "Lupin the 337th" might be a better choice.

Oh, i remember that one. Never seen it though. My favorites are pretty generic though, Bullitt and The Getaway (with Ali MacGraw). But he is good in everything. Great guy, gone too soon :(

How about just the last name? Although Lupin would work as well...
