One week already passed, 11 people still missing, and now rescue operations come to a halt due to rain? No more 'rescue' operation since they are working at 'my pace' :(
God help us all when the major earthquake hits the Tokyo area. The shambles that is Japan`s "Rescue" services has been clear over the past week for all to see. What kind of wimps would stop rescue efforts on account of a little shower of rain? It is unbelievable. They only started "rescue" operations a few days after the earthquake hit, and now these wimps are calling off the rescue because of a few drops of rain!
What an utter shambles! They should let in the US Forces to clear up the mess, because obvilously the Japanese services are incapable of delivering the goods. At least we know now not to depend on them when the big one hits Tokyo.
