    8 Year delay seems a bit much. 350 Million yen seems a bit much.

    Why arent the taxpayers demanding a bit of action over this????

    Eats up just 350M? perhaps preliminary estimate, J-businesses have better appetite.

    Not so much money. 350 Mio Yen in 8 years is 44 Mio Yen per Year, or the salary of 4 scientist and the related spending (assuming 50:50 for salary and research spending).
