    Would the postal service be required to deliver mail to his tent if the court permitted his residency registration request?

    Before making such a declaration, you might consider his reasons for trying this.

    One possible one is that, even if he delivers a job application sparkling clean and wearing a tux, he will not even make it to an interview without putting an address on the application.

    Aside, it is morbidly funny how some will chant, "Why doesn't he get a job?", as if a job is something you pick up lying by the roadside. Not having an address is one of the many bars to getting a job the homeless have. --Cirroc
