    How many people knew that Tottori is known as the capital of Japanese food? Some of these names for places must only be in the minds of the city officials.

    "food culture, tradition and their essence". Good catch copy, but "Sandfish pressed sushi, pear vinegar and 20th century pear, and sweets like tofu donuts and milk-tea bars" is hardly that! How about "natto, miso soup, soba/udon and mochi and taco, of course?"
