NARA —
Two young brothers were found drowned in a pond in Gose City, Nara Prefecture, on Wednesday night, police said Thursday. Koki Ueda, 5, and his brother Ayumu, 4, were found floating in the pond near their house around 6 p.m. and 8:40 p.m. respectively after their grandfather, 42, reported to police that the two had been missing.
According to police, the two left home around 1 p.m. to play together but didn’t come home. Both parents were working and the boys’ grandfather was babysitting. Police believe the brothers accidentally fell into the pond.

Lets see, gramps was 37 when the first was born, so the mom is probably round about 21, 22 years old now, and gramps was same age when she was born? man, kids having kids having kids. These poor little tykes never had a chance.

Sadly it doesn't surprise me in the least, very sad for the young boys nevertheless. Granddad was 42? wow, that is young.

The "boys" grandfather was babysitting? so why was he not watching the kids?!

'Grandpa' is to blame. He is only 42 and how stupid would he be to let the toddlers go out on their own.
