It would be hard for me to let go too.

The suits offer absolutely no protection at all. Shame on those that let them think they do.

A memorial does not need to be at a disaster site, but can be elsewhere with peace and harmony abounding.

You are right, ihavegreatlegs.I know you are right. The story of the father grabbed at my heart, his wife is gone his daughter is missing and they ( the evacuees ) wanted to say goodbye to their loved ones . It's just really sad.

The suits may help against alpha and beta particles (to some extent), but gamma radiation would go right through them. And that area is prob covered with stuff giving off gamma rads. Scary and sad story.

To Be Honest Depending on where their evacuation shelter is in Fukushima. If it's bordering the No Go Zone or even 20km beyond that. It's still not a good thing.

So what is the government going to do? It is all the fault of TEPCO and the government. Paying them a small amount of money and doing nothing more is not going to work.

The people of Okuma, I am saddened for your lose. I know first hand the struggle to keep moving on when a beloved one is gone. But they also have the added burden of being in a Hazardous area where any protection other than leadlined suits for everyone is nil. Like the cleanup going on 90km away from Daiichi. The levels are so high that evacuaion should have been ordered Months ago. Fukushima http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rVuGwc9dlhQ

I think they owe it to their dead family and friends TO STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THERE! If I were one of the dead I would be fuming (if possible).
