Buffalo Corp has released a USB-connected 1-Seg tuner/recorder for Windows XP/Vista and MacOS X 10.44~10.5 The DH-KONE8G/U2DS, which is connected to USB2.0, features 1-Seg tuner and recorder with built-in 8G byte memory. 1-Seg digital broadcast can be recorded directly to the device for about 40 hours. With special software attached, the movies recorded can be played on other PCs and copied up to nine times.

I can do this with my Willcom 03 phone! Buffalo goods are not the best and rarely last very long anyway. My webcam that I bought of their brand, last all of one week!
