Panasonic recently unveiled the new LUMIX CM1, a digital camera with 1-inch sensor and Android 4.4, at Photokina 2014 in Cologne, Germany.
LUMIX CM1 is scheduled to be released at the end of this year in Germany first, and then it will be released worldwide at the beginning of 2015.
LUMIX CM1 features a 20MP 1-inch CMOS sensor and a 28mm F2.8 LEICA DG ELMARIT lens. It is capable of shooting 4K movies (3840x2160 pixels) and full HD movies (1920×1080 pixels). There is also an ability to clip photos from 4K movies you shoot.
You can also use LUMIX CM1 as a 4.7-inch full HD SIM-unlocked Android 4.4 smartphone. It has 2.3 GHz Qualcomm MSM8974 Snapdragon 800, 2GB RAM and 16GM storage, 2600mAh battery and supports microSD card slot (up to 128GB), Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and NFC.

1" sensor! That outdoes the Nokia Lumia 1020, and with a Leica lens, this phone is really all about the camera. I cant wait to see how it performs - this would almost be enough to leave the SLR at home for most situations.
The price sounds like it could be an issue though - i read somewhere it would be upwards of 1000euros
