Character stationery

Character stationery

PILOT Corp and Sun-Star Stationery Co Ltd are embarking on a collaborative project, which involves the addition of Sun-Star Stationery’s character prints on PILOT’s original stationery. The companies hope to attract young women consumers by focusing not only on the functional quality of the stationery, but also their design. The first collection is scheduled to make its debut in July, and they will mainly be sold in the household goods aisles and toy stores.

The first collection will include products like the “Frixion Ball” ballpoint pen, which allows you to erase your writing, and the “Dr Grip” mechanical pencil, for a total of four products in 28 designs of popular characters like Mickey Mouse. The character stationery will be 10-30% more expensive than the original stationery.

Hey, those Frixions are great pens. They sure beat the American Papermate Replay erasable pens in terms of functionality.

I think I’ll stick with my Pilot G-TEC-C4. As a low priced alternative to a real tech pen it’s perfect & it writes as well as it draws. Don’t need a pretty pen, just a good one.

My favorite pens for everyday use were purchased in a $1.00 store @ 3 for $1.00. They write smoothly with no smudging. I have a pen collection and am always lookin to add to it. Some of my more expensive pens are not the greatest to use so a high price pen is not always the best for writing. My fountain pens are my favorite but are not too practical here at work, although I have used them once in a while. My antiques pens are amazing. I like both Pilot and Paper pens however the last Papermates purchased were smudgers.
