New product? Don't they call that a milkshake everywhere else in the world? Or even a smoothie?

Hmm, 600 yen for it too.
Give me a Strawberry Sundae at MickeyD for less than a 3rd of that.

I'm pretty sure it's a play on the term 'Coulis' which is often a sweet fruit puree (often used to garnish a dessert)

Isn't "coolie" a derogatory term for South and Southeast Asian laborers? Cold Stone's doing wonders for Japan-China relations...maybe trying to turn it "stone-cold."
Moderator: The spelling is different.

There's a Cold Stone Stor in LaLa Port. My wife and I almost went.....until we saw how long the line to get in was.....

I will never understand the Japanese fascination with mango. But that's just me.
On the other hand I refuse to pay Cold Stone prices. This fad is too rich for my blood!

Do Japanese people still line up for ice cream and donuts in Tokyo?
Blue_Tiger at 12:04 AM JST - 12th July
They do at Lala Port, thepro. We went there two weeks ago, and there were huge lines at Krispy Kreme and Cold Stone....

Krispy Kreme....funny, the one in Rochester, NY has gone out of business. I wonder how long the Cold Stone(s) will last?
