HEALSIO Ocha Presso is an espresso machine-like tea maker which is able to make tea without altering the nutrient ingredients of tea leaves such as catechin and fibers. The built-in small ceramic tea mortar slowly mills tea leaves into a 20 micron fine powder which allows the tea made with this machine to have 1.9 times more catechin than that made in a tea pot.
HEALSIO Ocha Presso boils water in the tank on the back side, removes chlorine component, and lower the temperature to 80-90 degrees C. Then, The hot water and milled tea leaves get mixed using a mechanism that whisks green tea with a bamboo whisk.
