New Products ( 26 )
Pizza La will market a new frozen pizza based on their most popular menu item, with the addition of “yakisoba” - grilled ramen noodles. Teriyaki sauce will replace traditional pizza sauce on the new creation. Like many popular Japanese pizzas, this one is given a generous mayonnaise topping, as well.
Additionally, the menagerie of toppings includes chicken and pork mince meat, onion, corn, red peppers and more. The 146-gram pizza will be available in supermarkets and convenience stores for for 190 yen beginning Sept 20.

It's an instant yakisoba with the flavor of the teriyaki chicken pizza. A collaboration product with Maruchan, and it seems to be the third time they make one.

I usually steer away from frozen anything (except for ice-cream, of course). I'm definitely not going to change my eating habbit with this product!

They should try Yogurt as a sauce.

Finally, a choice between bland, lukewarm oden cr@p or this frozen, monstrous Frankenpizza at the local conbini...
I really gotta' find a girlfriend who can cook....

@kansaifun: "Frankenpizza"! Hysterical - I love it! But seriously, maybe instead of finding a GF who can cook, maybe you'll take it upon yourself to learn to prepare a few nutritious meals for yourself!! What a novel concept! Or, better yet, you learn to cook and THEN you'll be able to attract a GF!! Good luck!

Carbohydrates, more carbohydrates, sugar, salt, saturated fat, some chicken and pig eyelids and arses and a few sprinkles of dried veg.....all the things a growing lad needs.

No thanks! The only pizza that I like now is UNO. Whenever I go to US, I have to get their Chicago Deep Dish.

Here is a "Billy Madison" inspired response to this vile offering.
Pizza la, what you have just produced is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever seen. At no point in your gross, disgusting offering were you even close to anything that could be considered a edible food. Everyone with decency in this country is now appalled at the thought of it. I hope you go bankrupt, and may God have mercy on your soul.

Obviously, we are not the intended demographic for this offering.

Hey, Hot Dogs with Mayo, sweet beans in a bun, fish eggs on a roll, Mochi with the gooiest strange ingredients stuffed inside them, now this??? Honestly, I was only surprised that this hasn't come out sooner! Japan makes some great traditional, but when it comes to hybrids and experimental cuisine or to a lesser extent; "junk food." Japan should call it quits! This is truly a train wreck on steroids!

I would love to see them market this product in Naples Italy.
You can call it pizza, but that ain't pizza.
0
Gurukun
No, they can't do that. That would piss Italy off and they would stop Italian tourist from visiting Japan...like some other country. I'm not mentioning any names here.
