How much salt does it contain? Many cereals tend to be very bad for you due to added and included salt.

Compared to their previous product, I guess.

I agree with DeepAir. These packages are way too small, and too pricey. Stick with Costco.

It aint the fat thats the problem. Its the added sugar. Mostly its just candy-in-a-box masquerading as something healthy. It will rot your teeth and make you fat.
