Kit Kats have been assocuiated with exam studnets for a while now haven't they? I forget how the conneciton started. I actually like the linmited editions kit Kat brings out. I wish they still made the mango one.

@Maria: the connection is in Japanese, "kitto" (KIT) means 'certainly'/'for sure' and KAT is short for "katsu", 'to win, gain victory.' Hope this helps jog the memory! :-)

They are even selling very adorable boxes with good luck messages at the JP now so that friends and relatives can mail their best wishes.

Ol Kit-Kat. "Take a break, have a ...".
My friend's wife didn't appreciate that we send a box up at 03:00am the night after the wedding.
Just a gimmick with those messages, prefer the one when you could write a message on the box and post it.

I preferred them at 298 Yen with no message.
At 525 Yen the message should be - you just got gypped buddy!

"Your teeth will remain healthy", "You will not gain weight", "You consume enough vitamins", "Chocolate is suprisingly inexpensive"... ... No, I can't think what the other messages might be.
