Murakami Koinobori Corp is marketing tailor-made “koinobori” (carp-shaped) socks for Children’s Day (March 5) featuring photos and names of customers’ children. The photo size is 15-50 centimeters, and printing cost is around 15,000 yen in addition to the koinobori.

    I think they mean sock as in wind sock, rather than the things you put on your feet....
