I just bought a pair of sunglasses that do the same thing, but only cost $23.

27,000 yen to 34,000 yen.--move the decimal place. I might, repeat, might buy them at 2700 yen, but even at that they are overpriced. Most of them are not much more than cheap plastic.

They are cheap plastic, but the difference in lenses is noticeable, though lenses don't change that much between sunglasses once you get over about 20,000 yen.

I have three pairs of expensive glasses. When I put on cheap sunglasses now, I can tell the difference instantly.

Expensive sunglasses aren't worth the output for most people, but for those of us for whom the value is there, it's worth it.

If I am going to spend a lot of money on sunglasses, I will just get a prescription pair.
