How are they able to use "Caramel Macchiato" ? Starbucks invented that name.

Macchiato is an Italian word, meaning "marked" or "stained". It is frequently used to refer to two separate coffee drinks.

Starbucks didn't create it, they just threw caramel in front of it.

Those Scots have a way with coffee.
