Sony will release a new Cybershot digital compact camera. DSC-W300 features 2.7” Clear Photo LCD Display, 9 point auto focus, Intelligent Scene Recognition, Smile Shutter technology as well as up to ISO6400 mode and HD output connection. The high-resolution compact camera also features high speed shutter enabling up to 5 photos per second. The body has a titanium coating for extra protection.

As usual, the Japanese models will only have nihongo interface, and only the more expensive Malaysia/china made models will have English interface.

Either way I'm soooo happy I bought my 3.2MP 5 ton enormous Sony Cybershot for like $400 back in 2002.
