Looks pretty square to me... ??

Yeah, seems like a bizarre title/name.
And octagon wouldn't make sense anyways, as all websites are essentially rectangular.

Maybe the back is octagonal... ??

That's not an octagon. In any case, an octagon is a 2D shape, whereas the tablet is 3D.

To be honest, I only clicked this link because I thought it sounded so bizarre to have a octagon shaped tablet. It reminded me of "The Office" where they were selling a triangular tablet.

I think the naming is just to keep those Apple lawyers away who insist they have a patent on a four-squared tablet.

Oh dear. 8 inch phone with Windows 8. Just HAD to be octagonal.

LOL!! Onkyo just needs an English lesson: they have a standard rectangular tablet, not an odd octagonal bad idea! I wonder if there's a good-paying job waiting for someone who brings this to their attention.

Looking at the specs on their site, it turns out the vertical edges are cornered so that, technically, the profile (seen from one end) could be called octagonal in shape. Sort of. Barely...

Rectangle-shaped. Period.
