Yamazaki Baking has released a snack just right for your next trip to outer space. Yohkan, approved JAXA, Japan’s aerospace organization, is made of bean jam and produced in the process based on JAXA’s standard for space food. Available at supermarkets nationwide and probably on the space station.

You mean you didn't follow with bated breath every bodily function reported on LDP-TV about Kibo-Doi, Kibo-Doi, Kibo-Doi ad infinitum for the duration of the last mission? Heck, he did it A L L singlehandedly! Japan RULES! And we thought he only brought ramen (Deutsch-go!) to the flight!
