Zojirushi Corp has released a grill “nabe” (pan) called “Ajimaru,” which comes with three changeable layers to form a sukiyaki pan, a pan resembling an earthen pot, and a yakiniku plate. The yakiniku plate includes a grated surface for grilling meat as well as a smooth surface for cooking vegetables. This new structure prevents vegetables from mixing with the oil from the meat.
