Seiko Epson’s A4 color printer LP-S820 can print 30 color or monotone copies a minute and is good for up to 400,000 copies.

Price is about 80,000 yen.

So what happens after 400,000 copies (that's about 4.5 years, at 30 copies a minute over an 8-hour work day)--the thing self-destructs?? Still, not a bad investment for 80,000 yen, I suppose...

I have to agree with Reinaert. There is barely any usable information here. How big is the unit. How much does it cost to replace the cartridges. What's the output like? How does it compare to other printers in the same category? Why is the product even newsworthy? Is it special in some way? (ie) wireless printing.
