The first army knife model procured by the Swiss army in 1891 has been reproduced to commemorate 125 years since maker Victorinox’s founding. The anniversary edition is a replica of the original with serial numbers. Price: 63,000 yen. On sale Dec 1.

    I got mine during my time in the army. No thanks. It seems at that time they didn't understand what the main useful tool is. Yap... a cork screw!

    what's this thing now about all these old things coming out again? First it was a Jet Airliner circa 1982, now it's a pocket knife from 1891. I gotta look around in my closet see if I find something good.

    I use to sell a few of them in our sportshop. So have two more or less normal ones, but the salesman gave me the gift of a MINI one if you can imagine. Guess I will have to dig that up & maker sure all is well.
