    People are opting for near term depression from lack of UV light in lieu of possible cancer risks in the long run. Further, lack of UV light prevents the body from processing calcium to form bones. Sure, too much UV is not good for you, but the public has gone way overboard to the point of avoiding any UV exposure at all. Quite possibly a contributing factor to the high rate of suicide in Japan.

    In Japan they sell only products with max SPF 50 and I need a bigger protection factor. Please advice.

    UVカット: should be at least 30, everyone knows that more than that is just numbers, not necessarily effectiveness. Yawn
