Green House has released a super-cold-tolerant USB flash drive (GH-UFI-XSB series) that guarantees its actuation in a -40 to -85 degree Celsius brutal operating environment.
GH-UFI-XSB is a high-performance and high-reliability USB flash device with an SLC chip equipped. It detects errors and fixes them automatically. If by any chance an inferior block occurs, it will secure its stability behavior by assigning a backup block to the inferior one.
The lineup is 128MB, 256MB, 512MB, 1GB, 2GB, 4GB, 8GB and 16GB.
