U.F.O. yakisoba and fried rice

U.F.O. soba meshi (yakisoba and fried rice) is the latest product in Nissin Food’s Cup Noodle series.
The new item mixes yakisoba and fried rice with a special sauce. The recipe is said to have originated in Kobe City’s Nagata Ward.

Price is 250 yen. On sale Jan 3.

    For the people that want to make it at home and reduce the chemical intake there are plenty of recipes online.

    I usually make it when I got left-over Yakisoba, or we bought the frozen stuff at 100Yen Lawson.
