Protrek introduces a special edition model to support the conservation efforts of the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF). Part of the proceeds will be donated to WWF for their activities.
Two models are available: PRW-1300WFJ (46,200 yen) with a triple sensor that measures and displays direction, altitude/atmospheric pressure and temperature; the smaller, lightweight “PRW-500WFJ” (29,400 yen) also displays altitude/atmospheric pressure and temperature and is a perfect fit for women as well.
Both models are designed to symbolize the natural environment – the wristband depicts wood patterns with the official WWF logo. On sale April 30.

Are these solar? My casio waveceptors are solar-enhanced. Recharges the battery every time I go outside.
