Don't play with nature (God), if it hits back, it will be worst. If Singapore we just had our national day celebration. We beared with what nature (God) gave, half way through we had a perfect setting for the evening.

Cloud seeding operations once again dispelled the views of British ,American and Indian Experts on the benefits of cloud seeding for the greatest good of the maximum people who opt for cloud seeding for their basic survival needs and for saving man and nature from the onslaughts of the damaging impacts of Global warming waiting in the wings.Congratulations to Patriotic Meteorologists of the Chinese Academy of sciences who estasblished that cloud seeding is based on pure science and that cloud seeding technology works successfully in the hands of dedicated experts who follow the standard procedures as stipulated by several countries like Australia,United states[several states like Texas] and Israil.World Bank ,ADB and IMF must realise that the welfare and prosperity of poor countries like India,Africa and Latin America can be ensured only by promoting cloud seeding and not by merely lending money that is mostly wasted by politicians and bureaucrats who misuse the funds mostly on unproductive ecologically unsound and socially unacceptable development works that ultimately promote poverty on a larger scale and result in accelerating social unrest and terrorist activities at regional and global levels to the detriment of peace which Mahatma Gandhi propagated through out his life prof.T.Shivaji Rao.M.S.[Rice University,1962], Director,centre for Environmental studies,Gitam University,Visakhapatnam& Expert Member,cloud seeding project of Government of Andhra pradesh,India
