Maybe the biggest hurdle is that ordinary people would rather not have self-righteous globe-trotting elitists tell them how to live.
The "Greenest" lifestyle is that of a prisoner; no car, no travel, minimal food and only basic necessities.
Perhaps aristocratic elite at the UN wouldn't mind so much if we all lived like that.
But of course they would still get their limos, private jets, 5 course caviar dinners and pampered lifestyle.
