More real Japan, please. Less steel and glass, McD, Gap post-modern crap.

Jessssicaaa, will you be buying one in Japan? What is the price range for a kimono? I would like to purchase one as well however, I live outside of Japan.

Online shopping site may help you, meantime, i think cheapest one will cost you Y9,800 and for expensive range multiply by five, six...if you are CEO multiply by double digit.

Allow me to agree fully with telecasterplayer. The kimonos on these young women are very attractive though put normal dress clothing on them & you will still see beauty, but NOT the Spring like touch of the kimonos in this photo or two. True the background could have been better, but still a good photo.

I look outside at cold weather to trees & shrubs still dormant. Anyone out for a walk are dressed up in cold weather gear.

Just from a photography standpoint, the cluttered background does detract from the subjects. A simple background would help the viewer of the picture to see the kimono's and lovely ladies much better. However, this is still a very good picture. It's hard to mess up beauty like that.

Kimonos are to me the most beautiful examples of traditional clothing of all time. Stunning designs and motifs on these women.
