Drink up
Picture of the Day ( 11 )
In this photo released by the Ueno Zoological Park Society in Tokyo on Monday, a newly born male panda baby is fed inside an incubator at Ueno Zoo in Tokyo. The panda was born last Thursday to 7-year-old Shin Shin, which was brought to Japan from China just before Japan’s devastating earthquake and tsunami last year.

Amazing how small those things are when born. Hope he grows up big and strong.

This is either poorly cropped or was not in focus to begin with. Quite a blurry photo.

Bloody hell, give it a rest. We don't need every Japan related story to relate to the earthquake. This story is about a panda, it has nothing whatsoever to do with 3/11. I think I'm going to start mentioning it in conversation every time I say the word Japan, or anything connected, or even anything at all actually but which I will connect to Japan somehow and by default the earthquake. "It's hot today, just like on the day of the earthquake", "I might go to Thailand in the summer, won't stay here, which of course is where a devastating earthquake occurred last year.." My friends will love me.
Nice panda by the way. Lucky he escaped the devastating earthquake and tsunami.
