Lovely jubbly. And let's not overlook this little gem from the essay (closing out in fine style):
For us, the sun is an important existence. We respect and fear the nature.
just gold

Certainly the daylight is far brighter than this bimbo model. And exactly why is she kneeling down on the floor ... in heels?

When I first came to Japan I stayed in Shinjuku a lot. We laughed at the signs in the rooms saying to turn out the lights when not in use while right outside all the neon was blazing for shops that weren't even open.
As far as the girl is concerned, I would rather the lights were on. She, on the other hand, would prefer them off with me around....

Her name is Jenaae Jackson. And she looks great! Can't believe that's her standing next to Tomomi in this photo...

actually Japanese people are very well disciplined when it comes to turning the lights off at home. Still, there is a lot of light pollution in the commercial areas with buildings with lights on all night, etc.
I have only seen in Japan the concept of turning off the headlights when stopped at a red light to reduce light pollution.

Why would I turn out the lights when she is around. I want to see every square inch of that.

Realist - either you have an all-seeing scientific knowledge far beyond the powers of the majority of scientists around the world, or perhaps you take anti-global warming arguments as "fact" simply because it fits your particular outlook on life. I wonder which...
You might be right and the whole global warming thing is a load of nonsense. In that case, great; we can continue to churn greenhouse gasses into the atmosphere unfettered. Hooray, drinks all round!
And what if you are not right and actually we are doing the planet potentially irreversible damage? Well, in that case we are totally screwed. And your ancestors may look back and wonder how selfish people could have been in the face of a balance of probability on known scientific evidence.

I checked out the rest of the photos @ Telegraph.co.uk. Nice but, why is the j-girl the only one kneelin'down on the ground?
Sarge at 10:30 PM JST - 6th November
"why is the j-girl the only one kneelin' down"
Because she's the only one who cared enough to give us a view of her calves tucked under her thighs.

Another thing that Japan should consider for the good of this earth is using regular cutlery instead of chopsticks, that will save a couple trees.

Global warming will force women around the world to wear less clothing. I don't see a problem with that.
