Not too happy with this years winners. Last year if you recall I had nominated some new entrants for this award ( Rooster, Monkey, Bulldog, Yakuza and Gaijin ) for this years Japan Best Dressed Eyes Awards. It's a shame they never made it.

Southsakai: I hear you. I was worried that we actually missed the results this year, but luckily they appeared and eased my anxiety. Maybe next year they could also have a category for "best monocule wearer in Japan's industries and arts" along side the "special" category. We would be in for a nail biting competition for that one!

No, that goes to "Best Jeanist".

None of the even look good in glasses, so I don't know why any of them won anyway...

Also, nice to see that the Defense Minister is spending his time doing something worthy of all the cash he gets...

Surely you can't award this prize to a person? They can just buy different glasses anytime and change the way their eyes are dressed.

Sorry, but this cannot be the best selection of people.

If it's only for the eyes why are they all dressed up?

just another media gimmick and means nothing. How do you even qualify for this? Ridiculous.

Moronic awards, every time. How about a 'best blunderbus holder award', or a 'best female mullet award'? I could also go for a 'best sell-out award' or a 'best hearing aid wearer award'.
